Client: Verb Technology Company, Inc

Agency: CoEfficient Labs

Roles: Mobile Wireframe •  UI Design

Verb has been a long-time client at CoEfficient Labs. This website is a redesign project. The goal is to make the website more appealing, easy to navigate, build awareness, convert more leads.

My main role is to work on the UI design for both desktop and mobile versions. Also making sure the website visually appealing by following our client’s brand guide. For the desktop version, a wireframe was done by one of the team members, so I was responsible mostly for the UI design. During the desktop version was partially developing by the developer, I was responsible to work on the mobile version which includes; creating wireframes, UI design, create assets, and export assets to the developer.

The solution - Verb has many products and each of them has its own brand, with different target audiences. In order to showcase their products in one location, without confusing the users, our team came up with the simplest layout yet clean, sleek, and professional looking to keep it easy to navigate.

Desktop version - Below are wireframes of Verb's website.

Once I received Photoshop files (with the wireframe of all pages completed) from another designer, I start to add colors and design elements by following the client's brand guide. I also mockup phone assets to showcase their app features such as Centralized Content, LMS, CRM, and more.

Mobile version - After I finish UI design for the desktop version,

I proceed to work on the mobile which I used Adobe XD to create wireframes and prototyping. The process of making a mobile site went pretty fast and smooth since I used the same colors and assets from the desktop version. The challenge was to make sure the layout is the best optimized for users because some panels show lots of product features with lots of texts and I have to make sure those sections are not cluttering yet easy to navigate.

Prototyping - Although the prototyping may look different from the live website, but this process was crucial to show the developer functionality of the website.
